The Art of Service courses are introduction programs to give better understanding of the chosen topic.
The courses include all relevant material for the program like PDF workbook, downloadable handouts, quizzes, sample exam plus the final exam.
The exam is conducted by an external examination delivery organization and a Certificate is sent automatically upon successfully passing the exam.
The courses are created and certified by The Art of Service and the education learning units can be added to PMI - PDU's for continuing education. https://www.pmi.org/certifications/maintain/earn-pdus/education
The exam is the last module of the course and can be sat when you are ready to sit.
Please note: undertaking the exam prior to completing the exam is not recommended as the exam can only be sat once otherwise a new voucher will need to be purchased.
