Why can’t I log into my training course?

Your course is available at learn.theartofservice.com and to view your course you need to login with your email address and password:

https://learn.theartofservice.com/users/sign_in

If you don’t have a training account yet, you can click on ‘create a new account’ to get started.

Of course - you can also click on ‘forget password’ if you know you have an account but can’t remember what your password is.


Once you’re logged in, go to your DASHBOARD to see which courses you have enrolled in

Click on START COURSE or RESUME COURSE to get into your course.

If those options are not available to you, it may mean that your course enrolment has expired.

Check below on how you can extend your course enrolment beyond the 90 or 180 days that you originally purchased.

How long does course access last?

Most courses come with 90 or 180 days access to the online learning materials.

The exception is the Certified Consultant Program, which gives you 12 months access and automatically extends for another 12 months for $550 per year.

60 days enrolment extension for all courses 

Access is not automatic as we need to confirm your student account in the Art of Service Training Centre. Once confirmed we will allocate the extension to your course. An email will be sent notifying you that access has been organized.
