Does the Udemy course include the exam?

The Udemy course you are signed up for does not include the certification exam.

If you would like to undertake the exam you can purchase access from the Art of Service Training Center.
The exam purchase will also give you access to the full course including a workbook, quizzes and any relevant PDF handouts.

The exam is online and can be sat at any time/date you would like to sit.
